“Wooyaksa(My pharmacist, neighbor love)" is an application that matches 1:1 application subscribers and pharmacists and helps them receive health counseling from pharmacists anytime, anywhere.
Users enter basic health information, such as diseases of interest and age groups, and select a Wooyaksa pharmacy near their home and register as a regular customer, which connects to the pharmacist at the pharmacy.
When a user inquires about medicine or health through the 1:1 counseling function installed in the application, the pharmacist provides customized counseling based on the user's basic information.
In addition, the application also has an open consultation board involving several pharmacists.
Various information and experiences can be shared between pharmacists and patients, as well as between pharmacists and pharmacists, and between patients and patients.

O&K expects Wooyaksa application to be useful in guiding drugstore use when it is difficult to meet pharmacists and patients amid a significant increase in demand for Untact services due to COVID-19.
Service pharmacies can only choose O&K pharmacy platform "HAHAHA Alliance" membership pharmacies.
O&K plans to quickly add app features, while focusing on expanding platform operating pharmacies so that more consumers can use the service.
